Anyone planning to fly in or out outside of the times listed on the website should  contact us  before booking their flight. We cannot guarantee a ride to or from the event otherwise.

How can I make payment?

Payment can be made by check or Venmo.

Travel plans to the event:

Travel by car: We cannot arrive on campus before 3:00.

Travel by air to MSP: Please plan to arrive before 3:30 on Friday, January 13th. We cannot guarantee that we will have anyone available to pick you up after that time.

Travel by air to Rochester, MN (RST): Please plan to arrive by 5:00.

Travel plans home:

Travel by car: We’ll wrap up and eat lunch around noon. You can take you lunch to go, or stay and eat with the group.

Travel by air from MSP: Please plan to leave after 5:00.

Travel by air from RST: Please plan to leave after 2:00.
